Does anyone know if the dental coverage applies to common-law spouses of Reserves personnel? 

Nah, the OR was the first place I tried.  After getting nowhere I tried the logical approach and asked here.

I'm not sure what this form is called, it's for post-secondary study reimbursement for the reserves.  The program allows reservists to receive up to $2,000 per year of study.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have searched all over for a working link to a CF98 form but found nothing.  If anyone can  help me out I'd appreciate it.  (It turns out that the CF98 needs to be typed and not hand-written)

Don't forget about the 'up to $2000' a year the CF offers to reserve members.  If you're in school and are unsure of your future, maybe its best to take it easy until you can make a well-informed decision.
