Voting for people going away on courses this week

About a week ago or so, I received a mail from my unit telling me how I can vote before I go away on the course this coming friday. However, I was not too interested at the time and I lost the mail. Does anyone here know how I could vote if I'm going away on a course? I'm in the TOR SCOTTISH regiment.

You'll have to vote by mail.  You have until June 22 (I believe) to register for it.
