Is there a way to do it at a civvie university? Similar to how you can to ROTP at a civvie university.

RMC is an university and therefore a degree granting institution and is on par with civilian universities. How the civvie workforce treats a RMC degree is up to them, isn't?  Keep in mind that there are many business leaders who have gone to RMC.
