Picking your enviroment

Hello all,
My question is when having an MOE that has all 3 environments available, do you get a choice or is it as is required?

If by MOE you mean MOSID/MOC/trade, you can tell them what you'd prefer and if it is available you might get it, however they may just assign it to you.
