What happens now?

I did my fitness this Wednesday (so the recruiting office got it Thursday morning (hopefully)) and have been trying to get a hold of my file manager since to find out basically what happens now besides waiting (I've also done everything else, (applying for reserves)).  Seen as how it is the weekend and my chance of me getting in contact with my file manager next week is probably as likely as seeing a ghost I was hoping someone could answer my question.
