I did a search before starting this topic, nothing applicable came up in the search.

#2 is seen briefly towards the beginning, but in more detail with a little commentary towards the end, followed by #1.
0:40 to 1:19 - Jumping out of a plane without a shoot. It would take more than a little of the Red Bull drink to get me to do a jump without a shoot.
1:47 to 1:55 - If he had missed that building... ... ... .
2:19 to 3:10 - Jumping that close with walls all around.... . And then 3:42 to 4:04 with all those ropes about.
4:46 to 5:29 - This one brings to mind images of Greg Louganis. I was watching the live coverage when this happened and the image has never left my head:

5:30 to 6:12 - # 2... Mind blowing.
6:13 to to 8:16 - #1... Aug. 16th, 1960, Military Pilot, Joe Kittinger, Longest Free-fall in History. WOW! The commentary is excellent, very interesting. I wonder what was going through his head throughout the process.

There is quite a bit of information about him online.
Here is another interesting video, from the same site, along the same lines:

Next-gen space suit - http://www.tvkim.com/watch/150/kims-picks-next-gen-space-suit
Felix Baumgartner might be nuts. But he also just might make history. He's planning on taking a balloon ride to 120,000 feet. That's the very edge of space. And then, he'll jump. He'll need a specialized spacesuit for the journey. It will be safer and more flexible than previous suits. It's a marvel of engineering. And the same company that makes spacesuits for NASA designed it.
Have a great day everyone!
