Does anyone know where the saying "My parents are not cousins.. do not call me sir" came from?
I speculate it is based from old British marriages..

Also, any other sayings and interesting back stories for said sayings?

I do know of a guy who had a hobby farm - he did not "trade" his males off and eventually the offspring forgot things a little too often - important things, like breathing... whoops
