Special Leave Question

I was wondering if a special leave request is required when traveling to Mexico during the christmas leave block or is the address and all other info on leave pass enough.

If a memo is required what would be stated in it, would it be more of a permission from CoC to leave the country ?

If you travel outside Canada and the US you have to complete an Intent to Travel form online. I don't have the link with me, but I can post it after I go back to work on Monday. I believe this is a new policy that came into effect 1 Jan 09.
