Reimbursement of UTPNCM Application Fees

I applied this year to UTPNCM, and due to my previous post-secondary education at various institutions, and my Civy U's policy of requiring two official transcripts from each, my total cost of application was $132.  Now, I know that this is a cheap price to pay for a (potentially) free university education, but I am curious if there is any grounds for reimbursement (either now, or in the case of an accepted offer).  I joined under NCM-SEP, and can't remember whether or not my application fees/deposits were reimbursed (it was a few years ago).

No, there is no scope for reimbursement of fees now or upon being accepted.
