CTOMS’ Combat Trauma Management Pouch is a revolutionary new approach to casualty management solutions for the Tactical Care Provider. This pouch was designed using a realistic and logical approach to the principals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care and is designed to efficiently store critical equipment in an organized manner.

The number one cause of preventable death in combat is bleeding to death. Our Pouch features three easily accessible tourniquet pouches on the outside because the tourniquet is the only piece of equipment recommended for use in the Care Under Fire phase. The pouch does not require being unzipped to access this immediate life saving equipment saving time and easing accessibility.

The key unique internal feature of this pouch is CTOMS’ patent pending M.A.R.S.TM – Modular Adjustable Retention System. No longer do you need your gear to fit retention straps with limited adjustability. With our fully adjustable equipment retention system, you can now store a small needle or a large bandage in the same retention loop. These loops are also movable so you can configure the layout of the pouch to fit your specific requirements. You are no longer stuck with someone else’s interpretation of your equipment layout needs.

Behind the M.A.R.S. TM panels are large pockets to accommodate hemostatic dressings, triage cards, endotracheal tubes or other larger items.

This system is unmatched and has set the new standard in Tactical Medical Pouches.

You are really in the shit if you need three tourniquets.

Perhaps a good pouch for a medic, not so much for the regular gunfighter.

You cant get medics to agree on anything, especially how to set up a bag. ;)  This gives them options.  Three tourniquets is allot, but when you get hit by an IED or have a casualty that has experienced trauma from a blast, 3 might not be enough.  And it just never seems like you're lucky enough to just get one casualty.  Flexability is the key in our environment.  Anything that can provide that is a major bonus.
I have played with the pouch and agree that like St Micheals said, it's not for every shooter, but I don't think that was the intent.  It was geared more toward a medic or CLS.  For that application it makes sense.

Is this pouch intended to be strapped to the thigh?

This pouch is geared towards medics, not every soldier. A smaller IFAK one is about to come out.

It also has a MOLLE D/L panel that was developed with it, avalible together or seperate.  The pouch is MOLLE so it will fit on the anything with PALS/MOLLE, so it can be worn where ever you want to put it.
