I imagine you could at least do 'William with hair' when he was in his 20s. I don't envy either of those guys and the scrutiny they grew up under and continue to live with.
Also really glad I was a stupid teenager before cell phone cameras.

One way or the other, it's going to be a length of reign that living memory isn't used to. QEII ascended to the throne when she was 25 and reigned for 2 -3 full generations (depending on which math you use). Charles is 75.
