Today I located the family of William Dale Lockhart.
William Passed away 5 years ago due to a brain anyurism.
I spoke with Williams sister-in-law and had a very pleasant chat.
She took my phone number and when her husband ( my uncle) John L Lockhart ( also of 2PPCLI) comes home on the weekend he will call me ( hopefully) to share some of what he knows of his brother William, whom he is said to have been very close to.
I want to thank everyone who posted in an effort to help me locate him.
I am not sure why he has not had a last post, but would like to know how to go about getting his name on there as he did serve this Country for many years.
to rifleman: I would still like to hear from you if you have any stories of William, or old army pics. It would mean alot.
