There was nothing much disccused they played a video and a NWO asked if the audience had any questions, most people had questions about BMQ and BMOQ. He said a good number of pushups for males to go for is 40, pullups 20 and he did mention a 2.4 km run time but I don't remember the exact time he said. What do you plan to apply for brother?
