Well for one, reserves drop a rank, so cpl is a spr, mcpl is a cpl so on so forth. As qualification levels go that pretty much evens it up. The main difference would be experiance because regs obviously get more than reserves. CHIMO!

that would be a good idea which would help the recruiting and support of our military. it increase attendence in reserve units also i personaly need this to help me with keeping my jobs. hard to take a tour or go on course without worrying if youll have your job at the end of it
