I am moving in to this trade also. My question is where do you live while completing your training at Algonquin College? Are there quarters near the school, or do you stay in residence?

I'm in Moose Jaw right now. And it wasn't one of my choices. But now that I'm here, I love it. From what I hear the single shacks here are the best in the whole CF. Where ever you wind up for OJT, you're there for a short time, so enjoy it.

I graduated Basic in December 09. Going Weapons, and wont be going on course in Cornwall till January 2011. If you're going weapons, get ready to wait!

I got the call Thursday morning (April 2)  and they let me know I was on the course strating August 31. Im enrolled for CEOTP AEC. Merit Listed in January. I started my application almost a year ago to the day. Can't wait to get going finally!

Just got off the phone with CFRC Windsor. The May courses are full. I was asked to change to NCM Aerospace Controller, if I wanted to leave within 2 weeks. I decided to stay with the Officer career, and will wait until August when the course runs again. She said there may be another opportunity...

Is North Bay the only place you can go if AEC's choose Weapons?

I was told on Tuesday at the Windsor recruiting office that more offers would be going out April 1st. So I wouldn't worry about it.

Anyone else receive an offer yet? I was Merit listed in January for AEC. Hoping to get to go in May, but I'm not holding my breath.
