That's an unfair statement. To do well in arts, it requires a lot of time and effort.

Don't you think it would be equally important to talk to both groups? Given that a relatively small number of fourth-years actually run FYOP and all first-years have gone through it recently, I'd like to think we definately have a contribution to make.

Then again, first-years have very recent experinces with newer versions of IAP, FYOP and the recruiting process.
