I was told not to bring anything to my BMQ either, that it would all be provided or I can buy it at the CANEX. So I showed up wearing what I had on my back, and nothing else... I got jacked up my first five minutes in the army, because I wasnt wearing boxers, and had none to wear.

If you were going to be an infanteer I would warn you away to be honest, Oldest infanteer I seen pass battleschool was 35. as for basic, you can pass it at 40. Like someone said earlier its 10% physical. Just start now, stay away from weight training since you hardly do any of that in BMQ and...

I'm pretty sure I'm going EAST on 26, not WEST....but if their are signs on that road,  ill find them. thte only directions I get from map quest that are AFTER PR 26 is nelson road...then grey road #112. I'm sure ill be fine, thanks for the help guys. and as for map/compass work, I am a topo...

Thanks! I used that address and mapquested it, but not 100% sure ill end up in the right place. as of right now the final stop is 139152 gray road #112 but my friend cannot find that address at all anywhere near the town of meaford on her GPS device, am I missing somthing?

I tried searching for the answer, but found different answers from all kinds of different years. I just finished recruit training at CFB Borden and am heading to BIQ/SQ at CFB meaford. I need to arrive there on the 6th, I'm not comming from very far away (toronto) but, I lack the exact address...

i totally agree. This thread has gone to shit. its sad too..because i kinda did it :( sorry. I went to another web forum full of people from various armys around the world, and told them what i told you. I hold their opinion above te one here, because i know the guys on the other forum....one...

Nav: While i did say that, I also said that i dont judge people because they smoke pot. Its wrong and frowned upon but they are all still a bunch of good guys none-the-less and i can see past the pot, unlike most people here -_- Not everyone who smokes a little pot now and then is an evil...

it dosnt. but some do it. Im not going to bash the police force, becuase i respect them all to much to do that. good guys the lot of them.

i thought we had recently sent ~40 troops to train the iraqi army..........maybe i was wrong.
